     This group is solely dedicated to the 1970s TV Series for Hardy Boys. It's not a Nancy Drew group. You want one for Pamela go make your own. It's not that I dislike her, I've just never been a fan of Nancy.  She's too girly for me. Not only that but Nancy get's enough crap out there as it is. HB gets hardly anything. (And don't try to tell me other wise, I'm not an idiot. I've been following HB since I could read and watch..xD muahaha). The TV Series stars Parker Stevenson as Frank and Shaun Cassidy as Joe and together they make up possibly the hottest portrayals of the boys I've ever seen. The series ran from 1976-1978 (I believe, Pedal if I'm wrong correct me!), 3 Seasons and with each one the episodes got better. The first season was made just to make the fans happy and basically copy the book and the 2nd and 3rd seasons expand the knowledge of what fans already know about the books. Seasons 1 and 2 are out on DVD and are on Youtube under the username NancyHardy. But I'd get the DVDs personally, a lot easier to carry around!  Submissions allowed: Any type of art form that is dedicated to Shaun and Parker as Joe and Frank. Yaoi/Shounen Ai, Slash IS ALLOWED just PLEASE WARN first. I'm a very open person, in fact I write some of it myself (yes it's incest, get over it) but I make sure people are aware before they open it. Haters can hate but don't post any complaints or I'll boot you outta the club and black list ya so I won't let you join again! xD muahahaha! Any HB art or Nancy Drew art/fics, etc that doesn't run w/ the 70s TV series or in Nancy's case doesn't involve the boys will be deleted from the group. As I said above this is JUST FOR the 70s series and JUST FOR the boys. This group is open for membership and I don't (yet) have it where I have to personally accept submissions just send it to the right folder. If you need a folder for your fics, or your art personally, let me know. I feel that right now we are a small enough group so if members want their own folders just note me. If we grow it will change and it will be just "fanfiction" "Art" and contests. Challenges never actually end, I just put "due dates" up there because it helps some people finish things (like me). So if you have any late submissions, send 'em on in! |
